and present a credit card number.
CUT-OFF DATE:
The cut-off date for room reservations will be Friday, March 12, 2010
or until rooms in the block are gone, whichever comes first.
Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. HOTEL
cannot guarantee that all guest rooms will be available at 4pm.
Guestrooms must be occupied by and registered to at least one adult who
is twenty-one years of age or older. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION WILL BE
REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN. All registered guests will be required to
post a credit card to secure their individual room accounts. In lieu
of a credit card, arrangements may be made for daily cash posting.
(Note: this will be returned or credited at check-out if no expenses,
i.e. room service, in-room movies, etc., have been charged to the room.
EXCEPTION: if using a debit card, it can take up to three days for the
money to be available in that account.)
